Tips to making the best images during the getting ready portion of the day:

 

 

 

 

Have all the little details you want photographed ready for when I arrive. Such as the rings, shoes, dress, etc. ANYTHING that is meaningful to you.

 

 

Tidy up the room before I arrive. This one makes a world of difference.

 

If you’re exchanging gifts, it’s best to let me (or whoever will be photographing your day) know.

Be relaxed! These will mainly be candid photos, so if you’re super “camera aware” the images will not be as great.

 

Leave some time to create something fun and original (if you so choose)

Lastly, I try to get 60-90 minutes with the bride and 45-60 minutes with the groom to fully document the getting ready portion of the day.

With these simple tips, it’s easy to make everything run smoothly, and ultimately create some awesome images.
